If you're using a computer, simply double-click the NetZero DataShield icon in your computer's Systray to start NetZero DataShield.

If you're using a mobile device (such as a tablet or smartphone):

1. Go to the device's Settings
2. Select NetZero DataShield
3. Use the slider to turn on NetZero DataShield

NetZero DataShield will remain on as long as your device is turned on. If you turn off your device, you'll need to turn on NetZero DataShield again.

If you're using a computer, you can turn on NetZero DataShield by right-clicking on the NetZero DataShield icon in your systray, and clicking the Activate option. You can set NetZero DataShield to turn on automatically whenever you start up your computer by right-clicking on the NetZero DataShield icon, selecting Settings, then checking the box next to Load NetZero DataShield at Computer Startup.
