When you sign up for NetZero DataShield you'll get a confirmation email that will have a link for you to download the software, as well as the DataShield PIN you'll need.

If you are unable to find your DataShield PIN, or if you want to change it to something easier for you to remember, just sign on to your Account page at account.netzero.net, and click on the NetZero DataShield module.
