I am unable to receive mail from a particular sender or senders If you are not receiving any mail from someone, it could be because they are not typing your email address correctly. Please contact them and make sure they are using the proper spelling. Another reason might be if you've unknowingly added the sender's email addresses to your block list, as this would prevent any messages from being delivered. If the sender is entering your correct email address and you have not added them to your block list, find out if they are receiving a Mail Delivery Failure notice. If so, please have them forward the complete Mail Delivery Failure notice, along with the original message and full headers to abuse@support.netzero.com. We need the entire mail delivery failure notice along with the original undelivered message and full headers in order to provide you with a complete and speedy resolution. Click here to learn how to forward a message with full headers. If the sender does not receive a Mail Delivery Failure notice within 5-7 days of trying to send the message, please have them forward the following details to abuse@support.netzero.com along with a detailed description of the problem/concern: - The Sender's and Recipient's email address.
- The exact date(s) and time(s) when the message(s) was sent.
- The IP addresses from which the messages were sent.
- The Subject line(s) of the message(s).
NOTE: If you do not receive email from a mailing list or a group, or do not receive a newsletter or other regular updates from a domain, you would need to contact the mailing list moderator or the domain administrator for the above information. This will help us investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
