My Junk Mail gets redelivered when I check my email using other email programs. If you check your NetZero email with an email program other than Message Center (such as Outlook Express, Yahoo!, etc), all of your messages including Junk Mail will get downloaded by default. To change the setting to avoid downloading Junk Mail to your email program: - Sign-in to Message Center, click on Options and select Junk Mail.
- In the Junk Mail Settings section click on the button next to POP email messages only from my Inbox.
- Click Save to finish.
